Bucket elevatator is the auxiliary equipment of mill equipment, generally can be compatible with raymond mill. It is used to elevate the material such as limestone, coal,plaster,grog refractory and dry clay which were alrealy break by crusher and the powder material such as raw meal ,cement and coal powder. According to the different speeds of hopper, the bucket elevator can divede into three types including centrifugal outlaoding, grivaty outloading and mixed outloading.

1 The equipment should be start without burthen. After 2-3 minutes of starting without load ,then feed to the elevator. Before stop the machine, first stop feed the material. Afer unload the material, the machine can be stoped.

2 The material must be feeded evenly, not beyond the rated convey capacity to avoid the phenomenon of material block. If it happened, the machine must be stoped to clear up.

3 After operating for 100 hours for the first time, the machine must be stoped and fixed every contact bolt.

4 The lubricating pionts must be lubricate normaly when it works

5 The maintain of the ratarder should do as the direction of use.

6 If the equipment have the slow motion system ,it must be work with out load.

7 Check the running conditions of every parts, check whether the bolts is fixed,and whether the hopper are broken.

8 The factery should maintain the equipment according to the condition of the use and the working evirnment.when the operators find out the problems,they should make a note and solve the problems in the maintain.

 Note: When the elevater works, it is not available to clear the motional parts. When it works, it needs special operater, and make out strict shift relief system ,the feature of the material,woking conditiion and conveying capacity,etc should be in accord with the design require, maintain,lubricate the elevater at regular intervals.
