Process:

Vibrating feeder feeds the big materials into jaw crusher evenly and gradually through a hopper for primary crushing. After the primary crushing, the materials will be transferred to impact crusher by belt conveyor for the secondary crushing. Then the crushed materials will be transferred to vibrating screen for separating. After separating, the part materials will be returned to impact crusher, while the others that can meet standard will be transferred away as final products, thus forming a closed circuit. We can equip dust catcher system to protect environment. In addition, the size of final products can be also combined and graded according to customer's specific requirements.
