Wearing Reduction of the Crusher
The proper operation of crusher is also made for the maintenance and also avoid more wearing .And the operation manner is as follows :
1.We can feed the materials when the crusher have begun its normal function .
2.The crushing materials will be evenly added into this crushing cavity to avoid the side feeding or piling ,which will also avoid the single side overload or bearing overload .
3.In the normal condition ,the temperature of the bear should not over 35℃ ,and the maximum should less than 70℃.Or we will stop the machine and find out the reason.
4.Before the off-time, we should firstly stop the materials feeding work and then shut down the motor after the complete discharging of the crushed materials .
5.During the crushing process ,we should immediately shut down the motor and clean out the materials before the engine start once again if the off-time is caused by the materials stucked .
6.We can use another end of the gear plate if the other end have been worn .
