1 Before starting the sand making machine, please make sure the observation door is shut well, so that stuff will not leak out.

2 Check impeller rotation direction. Impeller should rotate in anti-clockwise, if not, motor wire connection need to be checked.

3 The start-up-order of sand making machine and driving device is: material discharge—crushing—material supply. The sand making machine must start in empty-load state, wait few mins to normal running, then charge . Shut-down is just the opposite.

4 The feeding size need be strictly according to stipulated. The bigger stuff is prohibited. or that will cause impeller imbalance working and damage, even choke up liner. Bigger stuff need to be cleared once spotted.

5 Please charge even and continuous. During sand making machine is running, if there is metal beating sound or vibration, just stop the machine and check.

6 To shut down sand making machine, first to stop charging, or it will damage the impeller and motor inside.

7 Sand making machine adopts Oil-lubrication system, which need L-CKC320 industry gear compound. And oil temperature is no more than 85 degree centigrade.
