The maintenance of cone crusher

First of all, check lubrication system, crushing chamber , transmission parts and so on before starting to wok. Ensure all the moving parts of the crusher have been lubrication,then start the motor. When the crusher is working, the operator should always check the lubrication system in accordance with the operation rules. Second,before stop working,you must stop feeding the material first,then the motor can be stopped until the ore in the crushing chamber has been fully discharged,and finally close the the oil pump.After stopping,check all the parts and repair daily. Last, be sure of good fluidity of oil,but not too high temperature. Lubricants must be changed regularly.
