Trouble shooting

Vibration greatly increase

While changing or assembling the board hammer,the board hammer,the rotor has not been well balanced.

Fix the mounting plate hammer again,the rotor carries on the balance to make a correction.

Overflow superfluous materials

Because of scaleboard or the blow bar is too much,it is too big to cause the interspace.

Adjust interspace of force-and after inpact rack or change liner plate and blow bar.

Produce beating sound within the machine

Material that cannot be broken are entered into the machine;
Liner plate reinforce become flexible;
Hammer or other parts become flexible.

Clear up broken after turn off machine;
Make sure the liner plate is tight and the interspace between blow bar and liner plate;
Change a new axletree.

Exorbitant temperature for axletree

The lubrivant is too munch or too less;
The lubrivant is not clean;
The axletree is mangled.

Check there is enough lubricant;
After cleaning axletree then change new lubricant;
Change a new axletree.
