1. The maintain of  fix roller and movable roller

The fix roller and movable roller are made of silicon steel plate which it is insulative in each other. It is a part of the motor's magnetic circuit.The reasons that causing the damage and deformation of the roller are as below:

①Bearing is excessive wearable and bad installation,causing the fix and movable roller rubbed each other,and the surface damaged. It cause a short circuit between the silicon,the iron loss is increase,and the motor's temperature rise too high. At this time,it should use the small file or other tools to remove the burr,and eliminate the short circuit between the silicon. After cleaning,smear with insulating paint,and then heating for drying.

②When tearing down the old winding,bcos of large force,it caused the slot slanting and opening outward.At this time,it should use the pointed pliers, wooden hammer or other tools for repair,and make the slot reset,add the green shell paper, plastic wood or other hard insulating materials into the gap between the silicons which parts' reset is difficult.

③For moisture or other reasons cause the core's surface rust.At this time,it should use the sand paper to clean polished,then smear with insulating paint.

④To produce high temperature that around grounding of the group burn the core's slot or the tooth.

At this time,can use the chisel,scraper or other tools to clean the deposition,then smear with insulating paint and dry.

⑤The link that the core combined with the frame is loose,can tighten the he original location loose screws.If the screws is unavailable,can drill holes and tap, tighten the screws.

2.The trouble shooting of bearing

The rotation axis turn through the bearing's support,is the most important of the load,and is the part easy to wear.

①Checking the troubles 

Checking in the operation

When the rolling bearings is lack of oil,will hear "gulu,gulu".If hear the discontinuous voice like"geng geng",it's possible that the ring of the bearing is rupture. When bearings that mixed with sand and other things or parts of bearings having a mild wear, it will make a light nosie.

Checking after demolition

At first,viewing the bearing roller and the ring both inside and outside, ensure that there is any breakage, rust, scar and so on,then hold the bearing inner circle by hand,and make the bearing keep a balance,the other hand push the outside circle.If the bearings is good,the outside circle should turn smooth,No vibration and obvious turning hysteresis phenomenon in the rotation. Otherwise,the bearing is unavailable. Stuck the outside circle with left hand,the right hand gap the inside circle,push it in all directions strong.If feeling very loose,it's worn serious. 

②Repairing the breakdown

The rust on the surface of bearings can use the NO.00 sand paper to erase,then add in gasoline cleaning.Or when the bearings having a cracks,both inside and out side circle cracking or the bearing wearing serious,should replace a new one.When replacing the new bearing,should choose the same model bearings.

3.Repairing the breakdown of the roller shaft

①The bending of the shaft
If the angle of the bending is not large,can repair it trough polishing the neck of bearings,lubricating the rings,the bending exceed 0.2mm,can put the shaft under the press machine,correcting at the bending by increase the pressure.Then using the lathe cut and polish the bearings.If the bending is too large,it need to replace another one.

②The neck of bearings is wearable

The wearable of neck of bearings is not obvious, it can plat chromic layer on it,then grind to required size.,If worn much, it can have a surfacing on it,then cut by the lathe.If there is serious wearable, cut 2-3mm on it,then make a sleeve,wear it while it is hot,then cut to the required size.
