The methods of adjusting the jaw crusher’s discharge mouth
The adjusting device is the part that adjust the jaw crusher's discharge mouth.Along with the plate of the broken teeth wearable,the discharge mouth increase gradually,the finial size of the products become large constantly.In order to guarantee the product requirements,must use the adjusting device, periodically adjust the size of the discharge mouth.These are the methods of adjusting the jaw crusher's discharge mouth as follow:
Adjustment of the gasket:Testing the back thrust plate and the back wall of frame,add a group of thickness equal gaskets.In the use of increasing or decreasing the number of the gasket,so that the discharge of the crusher is decrease or increase.
Adjustment of the wedge:By using the relative movement of two wedges that between the back thrust plate and the back wall of the frame to realize the crusher of adjustment.Turn the screw to make the wedge move up and down along with the wall of the frame,driven the anterior wedge moving forward or backward,so that push the thrust plate and movable jaw plate,in order to achieve the adjustment of discharge mouth.
Hydraulic adjustment:In recent years,there are installing hydraulic cylinder in this position to adjust the discharge mouth.
