The operation rules of grinder mill
Before the grinder mill start-up,the operator should check whether all the access door is closed tight,adjust the turning of blower and the main shaft,the air vent valve should be in the fully open position.Feed the materials immediately after starting machines(feed the small frist,then the normal),and then open the large wind valve. in that ensuring the feed mouth don’t spray powder out,the operator should turn the air vent valve small,.Then adjust the final production size.With jaw crusher and bucket elevator,before starting,the operator should check the clearances of jaw plate,and whether it is suitable for the feeding size. Adjust the speed of classifier to reach the approximate finial size.Finally,starting the machine as the following orders:
1.Start the bucket elevator.
2.Start the jaw crusher.
3.After the storage store enough materials,then start the classifier.
4.Startthe blower(start with no-load,after normal operating,then reloading)
5.Start the main mill,and start the vibrating feeder at the same time.At this time,the grinding work is start.The easy operating order is as follow:”start-up” the bucket elevator---jaw crusher---classifier---blower---main mill---vibrating feeder.
When stopping the machine,the operator should close all parts as below:
1.Close the vibrating feeder to stop feeding materials first.
2.After one minute,stop the main mill.
3.After blow all the rudimental materials,stop the blower.
4.At last, stop the classifier.
The orders of stopping:The vibrating feeder---main mill---blower---classifier.
Note: when the bucket elevator carry the materials to the storage hopper,the operator must stop the jaw crusher first and the stop the bucket elevator.This point should be changed regarding to quantity of material in hopper.
When the grinder mill is in normal work,it’s not allowed to add oil,it should ensure safe production.Any parts of grinder mill appears unnormal noise,or load increase suddenly,it should stop the machine to check immediately,remove troubles,in order to bring a big accident.To continue starting the machines again,it must be removed all the rudimental materials in the grinder mill.Otherwise,the electric current is too large,it will effect the start-up.
