The causes and methods:Why the final materials of impact crusher is too large?
The possible causes:
1.Due to the liner and hammer of the impact crusher wear serious,so it causes a larger clearance.
2.Both sides of impact crushers' impact pack were blocked by stone,the impact pack cann’t be removed.
The methods:
1.By adjusting the clearance of the frontal and back impact packs or change the liner and hammers.
2.By adjusting the position of impact pack,to make the clearance of both sides of crushers,frame and liners uniform.
