Working Principle

When the grinder mill is working, the plum blossom frame and the grinding roller assembly are rotating, and the materials are evenly fed into the grinding roller assembly by the feeder, while the shovel knife fixed at the lower end of the assembly and kept at a certain angle will shovel up the fallen materials with the rotation of the assembly. With the assistance of certain wind pressure, the falling material will enter the fixed gap between the grinding roller and grinding ring to grind into powder, and the powder will rise with the airflow in negative pressure environment. After sorting by the analyser on the top of the mill, the powder that reaches the fineness will enter the pipeline and gradually run to the powder collector, and after accumulating a certain amount, the unloading valve can be opened for bagging. The residual air will run to the fan auxiliary machine, and be discharged after the dust collector extracts the dust.

Application Area

The integrated roller mill is suitable for high fine powder processing of many materials in mining, metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials and other industries, and the fine particle size of the finished product can be up to 20 μm. It is suitable for grinding all kinds of ores with Moh's hardness not more than 9.3 and water content below 10% which are not flammable and explosive, such as barite, calcite, marble, limestone and ceramics.
