According to the State Department announcement: to express the deep mourning for the victims, who died from large Debris Flow in Zhouqu, Gansu, the State Council decided that all over the people in China and forign embassies held the national mourning activity by landig half-mast and stop all of the public entertainment activities on Aug.15^th,2010.
