Working Principle
The working principle of the high pressure mill is as follows:
After entering the high pressure mill, the material is first driven by the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the motor reducer and the suspension roller, and is fed into the abrasive layer between the grinding rolls. As the abrasive layer continues to compress, the material is gradually ground under the action of shear force and extrusion pressure. At the same time, the blade scoops up the material and sends it between the mill roller and the mill ring, where it is further rolled and kneaded to refine the powder.
During the grinding process, the powder is continuously extruded and screened by an classifier. Powders that meet the requirements are drawn into the blower, while large particles that do not meet the requirements continue to be ground on the roller until the fineness requirements are met. The finished powder is discharged from the discharge outlet, collected and packaged, and can be used as a finished product.
Throughout the operation of the high pressure mill, by adjusting the length of the high pressure spring, a constant grinding pressure can be maintained between the grinding roller and the grinding ring to ensure stable output and fineness. At the same time, in order to ensure that the system works under negative pressure, the excess air will enter the bag dust collector for purification.
