1. Higher efficiency in structural upgrading

On the basis of the unique structure of fixed spindle and eccentric sleeve rotating around the spindle, the equipment further optimizes the design of transmission rotating parts and lubrication sealing structure, resulting in strong load-bearing capacity and low noise.

5. Multi cavity conversion for multiple purposes with one machine

Multiple intermediate and fine crushing chamber types have been configured, and only a small number of parts such as corresponding chamber type liners need to be replaced to switch between chamber types. Combined with the principle of laminated crushing, it better meets the requirements of intermediate and fine crushing processes, achieving one machine with multiple uses. The crushing wall and rolling mortar wall are made of high manganese steel. Due to the change in the crushing chamber shape and the protection of the material layer during laminated crushing, the wear is reduced, and the general service life can be increased by 35% to 82% compared to the old structure cone crusher.

When the HPT series multi cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is in operation, the motor drives the equipment transmission shaft to rotate through the belt pulley and triangular belt. The transmission shaft drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate around the main shaft through the large and small bevel gears. The eccentric sleeve drives the dynamic cone to rotate and swing, making the dynamic cone and fixed cone sometimes close to and sometimes far away from the rolling mill wall. The material is continuously compressed and impacted in the crushing chamber formed by the rolling mill wall and the crushing wall, and the crushed material is discharged from the bottom.
