The customer's site is built on the riverbank, using the natural advantages of water transportation to create a high-quality sand and stone yard. Based on this, Jianye also designed an advanced fine aggregate production line for the customer, using single cylinder cone crusher to complete the coarse crushing of pebbles, using multi-cylinder cone crusher to complete the production of aggregates, and using the sand making machine to complete the production of sands. The three devices all contribute to the optimization of sand grain shape and provide assistance for the output of sands.

This design uses the combination of single cylinder and multi-cylinder cone crusher, which can overcome the problems caused by the hardness of pebbles, but also reduce the material returnincrease the production of 10-30 fine aggregate, and adopt a new vertical shaft impact to complete the processing of machine-made sand, improve the grain shape and grades.

1. Project background：

This sand production line is mainly used in the construction industry, aiming to produce high quality machine-made sand and aggregate. This project requires efficient, continuous and stable production of sand and gravel under the premise of 200 tons per hour.

2. Equipment types：

Vibrating feeder:The vibrating feeder adopts a sealed structure to prevent material flying and leakage. The crawler conveyor enables continuous feeding and ensures that the material enters thecrushing equipment evenly.

Single cylinder cone crusher:Single cylinder cone crusher is suitable for crushing medium hard rock. With eccentric shaft design and conical crushing wall, the material can be broken and finelybroken many times.

Multi-cylinder cone crusher: Multi-cylinder cone crusher is suitable for the crushing of hard rock. It adopts the principle of multi-cylinder hydraulic crushing, which can crush the material manytimes, and the discharge particle size is finer.

Sand making machine: The sand making machine adopts the impact crushing principle, which can process the material into fine sand. Its unique sealed structure and intelligent control system effectively reduce noise and energy consumption.

Vibrating screen: There are four vibrating screens in the production line, which are mainly used to grade the crushed materials. It is characterized by simple structure, convenient operation andgood classification effect.

Sand washing machine: The sand washing machine is used to clean the sand and stone to remove impurities and mud. 4 sand washing machines can realize batch processing of materials aimprove production efficiency.

Fine sand recovery and dehydration machine: This equipment can dehydrate the cleaned sand and recover water resources. Its integrated design simplifies the process flow and improves the production efficiency.

3. Technological process：

The vibrating feeder will evenly transport the material to the single cylinder cone crusher for primary crushing, and then send the broken material to the multi-cylinder cone crusher for secondary crushing. The broken material is processed into fine sand by a sand making machine and graded through a vibrating screen. The graded sand and stone are then sent to the sand washing machine for cleaning to remove impurities and mud. Finally, the fine sand recovery and dehydration machine will dehydrate the cleaned sand and recover the water resources.
