Working Principle

The working principle of impeller sand washing machine mainly includes the following aspects:

Motor drive: the impeller sand washing machine is driven by a motor, which drives the impeller to rotate, thus generating power.

Material conveying: the power generated by the rotating impeller conveys the material from the inlet to the washing tank.

Cleaning and separating: In the washing tank, the materials are friction and collision with each other by the rotating force of the impeller, meanwhile, water is added to form a strong water current, which flushes away the impurities and soil covering the surface of the sand and gravel and discharges them from the overflow port. The clean gravel is taken away by the blades and poured into the discharge tank from the rotating impeller, completing the cleaning operation of gravel.
Dewatering: The centrifugal force generated by the rotating impeller will further dewater the cleaned gravel and improve the cleaning effect.

Discharge: after cleaning and dewatering gravel, discharged from the discharge chute, completing the whole cleaning process.
