Material is fed uniformly into the mill's inlet via a vibrating feeder. This ensures a steady flow of material, preventing blockages.
Inside the grinding chamber, material is crushed between grinding rollers and rings under high-pressure springs. The rollers rotate, applying consistent pressure to grind the material into fine particles.

After grinding, the material moves to a turbine classifier. Here, high-speed rotating blades separate fine powder from coarse particles. Fine particles are collected, while coarse particles are returned for further grinding.Fine powder is conveyed by air currents to a cyclone separator where it is separated from the air. Pulse dust collectors filter exhaust gases to minimize pollution and ensure environmental compliance.
Waste residue or oversized particles are discharged through a port. Regular maintenance, including inspection and replacement of wear parts like rollers and rings, ensures optimal performance and extends equipment lifespan.
