First, do a good job in lubrication maintenance. Bearings and reducers are the core transmission parts of sand washers. Lack of lubrication will cause serious friction and damage. It is recommended to check the lubricating oil level every week, add or replace lubricating oil in time, and choose high-quality lubricating oil that meets the equipment requirements.
Second, regularly inspect wear parts. For wheel sand washers, focus on checking the wear of wheel bucket blades and tank liners; for screw sand washers, pay attention to the spiral blade and trough. Once severe wear is found, replace the parts in time to avoid affecting the cleaning effect and causing secondary damage to the equipment.
