◆◇Working Principle
The feeder utilizes a vibratory drive system (typically twin eccentric shafts with counter-rotating weights or an electromagnetic drive) to generate linear or near-linear vibrations. These vibrations are transmitted to a trough or pan, causing it to move rapidly forward and slightly upward, then return. This cyclic motion imparts kinetic energy to the material, propelling it forward in a series of small hops or a continuous flow toward the discharge end. The feed rate is determined by the vibration intensity (amplitude and frequency) and the material bed depth.
