Truth:
Many manufacturers recommend “multi-purpose lubricating oil,” but not replacing the filter = equivalent to wasting the oil
Grease lubrication is suitable for small equipment, but high output and high-hardness materials must use an oil circulation system
Small crushers → 40#–50# lithium-based grease
Medium and large crushers → mineral oil or synthetic oil (ISO VG32–46)
High-temperature environment → high-temperature-resistant lubricating oil
Dusty environment → high-viscosity oil to reduce wear
Grease: replace once every 500–1000 hours
Oil circulation system: replace every 3000 hours or according to oil quality testing
Observe oil temperature, oil level, and whether pipelines are leaking
