Finished aggregate classified handling is the final fine processing link of the whole material processing system, focusing on post-processing shaping, secondary purification and standardized classified storage of finished materials.
After crushing, screening and washing, preliminary finished aggregates still contain a small number of mixed impurities, oversize particles and unqualified flaky materials. Through professional classified handling, substandard materials can be screened out again to further improve finished material purity and appearance quality.
Classified handling follows fixed size classification standards, dividing finished stones into multiple specifications such as large aggregate, medium aggregate and small aggregate, and separating manufactured sand and coarse sand effectively. Each specification of materials is processed independently to avoid cross mixing and ensure single-specification material purity.
In terms of finished material stocking handling, scientific partition stocking mode shall be adopted. Independent closed material yards are divided for different specifications of finished materials, which can not only prevent rainwater from soaking and secondary mud mixing, but also facilitate centralized loading and outbound arrangement.
Perfect finished material classified handling and stocking management can realize standardized product output, simplify finished material delivery and delivery work, and make enterprise aggregate products fully conform to national industry construction standards.
