Different from jaw crusher’s single squeezing crushing, cone crusher adopts advanced laminated crushing mechanical principle. It realizes continuous circular swinging crushing, which is the core reason for uniform particle shape and high output.


1. Eccentric Sleeve Gyratory Movement Principle

The main shaft is fixed, and the eccentric sleeve rotates driven by the gear system. The eccentric torque pushes the mantle assembly to perform continuous circular gyratory swing inside the concave. The swinging range is stable and regular.


2. Laminated Inter-Particle Crushing Mechanism

Materials fill the crushing cavity densely to form a material layer. The mantle continuously squeezes the material layer, making stones collide, extrude and break with each other. This inter-particle crushing removes flaky edges and optimizes particle cubical shape.

3. Circumferential Variable Gap Crushing Logic

The inner cavity gap changes periodically with the gyratory movement. When the gap becomes smaller, materials are compressed and crushed; when the gap becomes larger, qualified particles fall and unqualified materials stay for secondary crushing.

4. Hydraulic Overload Protection Mechanism

The hydraulic support cylinder provides constant pressure support for the main shaft. When non-crushable foreign objects enter the cavity, the hydraulic system releases pressure instantly to lift the main body, avoiding mechanical deformation and structural damage.
