Working Principle

Centre feeding: The material falls into the cascade feeding device, enters the high-speed rotor through the centre feeding hole of the 6X impact crusher and is fully accelerated and thrown out through the launching port. Firstly, it impacts with a part of the material falling freely after rebound, then it impacts to the vortex lining in the surrounding vortex cavity together, and then it is rebounded to the top of the crushing cavity, and then it is deflected to the downward movement to impact with the material launching from the impeller channel to form a continuous material curtain. After that, it is discharged through the lower discharge opening.

Centre feed with the ring waterfall feeding: the material falls into the waterfall feeding device, and then falls through the ring hole, is divided into two shares by the bulk tray. One stream enters the high-speed rotating impeller through the centre feeding hole, and the other stream falls down from the powder disc around; the materials entering the impeller are accelerated rapidly and thrown out at high speed in the impeller, firstly, they are impacted and crushed with another part of the materials falling freely around the scattering disc, and then impacted together with the vortex lining in the vortex cavity around, forming a continuous material curtain, and then discharged through the lower discharge port.
