In terms of equipment, 600*130 vibrating feeder, PE1000*1200 jaw crusher, two HST300 type single cylinder cone crusher, two JYS1238 type sand making machines, four 2460 vibrating screens, sand washing machine and fine sand recovery dewatering machine produced by Jiangye Company are adopted. The sand production line has the following features:

1. Capacity

The capacity of this  production line is 400-500 tons/hour, annual production capacity is more than 1.5 million tons, output value is more than 100 million RMB.

2. Sand quality

Single cylinder cone crusher, shaping sand making machine combined with medium crushing; Several vibrating screens were used for fine classification and multi-stage washing to obtain fine aggregate and machine-made sand. The shaping ability of impact crusher in sand and stone processing is recognized, and it is often used in hard rock crushing, which can greatly improve the value of sand and stone.

3. Eco-friendly

The techonology itself is less dust, and the fog gun machine is also used to spray at a fixed point, while the closed plant reduces the dust emission, and the jaw crusher adopts a sinking design to reduce the noise.

4. Intelligent control

This production line is equipped with a PLC central control system, and the production status of each node can be observed in the control room. In case of emergency, it can be stopped or adjusted in time, and the visual production process can be realized.
