Working Principle

Jaw crusher mobile crushing station is generally loaded with feeder and jaw crusher, mainly do coarse crushing, usually large materials are fed into the feeder through excavator or loader, and the feeder evenly feeds to the jaw crusher, which can be equipped with castor and fines unloading device, the materials will be crushed by extrusion after entering the jaw crusher, and the crushed materials will be transported to the stockpile or pile through the belt conveyor underneath the vehicle, or enter the next crushing process. When the jaw crusher crushing station is processing construction waste, the belt conveyor will be equipped with iron remover (optional). Diesel generator sets are optional and not all crushing plants have them.
