This cone crusher integrates technologies such as hydraulic lubrication, overload protection, maintenance and cleaning, PLC control, etc., which can help more sand and gravel yards and mines improve the crushing efficiency and ensure the production time.

1. High production efficiency and strong carrying capacity
The operation of equipment relies not on the optimization design of individual components or the improvement of material quality, but on the coordination of the overall structure;
Cone breaking achieves higher production efficiency and better product quality by combining the crushing chamber shape, eccentricity, and motion parameters.
And combined with optimized strength design and high-quality component materials, the equipment's load-bearing capacity is stronger, resulting in a higher crushing ratio and stronger throughput capacity.
2. Low maintenance and operation costs
The equipment structure is simple, and all maintenance work can be completed after removing the upper rack, which not only makes inspection and maintenance more convenient, but also reduces maintenance costs.
By ensuring that the internal pressure of the crushing chamber is always higher than the external pressure, it effectively reduces the dust or other small particles entering the crusher, reduces damage to the bearings, reduces maintenance workload, and extends the service life of lubricating oil and equipment.
In addition, its design is compact and the installation space is small, making it easy to move.
3. Fully automated production process control
The fully automatic control system provides multiple operating modes for users to choose from, including manual control, constant discharge port control, and constant power control;
It can continuously monitor the actual load inside the crusher, automatically adjust the equipment, and optimize the utilization rate of the crusher, so that the crusher can fully exert its performance during working hours;
4. Multi cavity type adapts to various process requirements
The equipment has multiple standard crushing chamber types to choose from, and the eccentricity can also be flexibly changed. According to different production processes, suitable crushing chamber types and eccentricities can be equipped to meet the crushing requirements.
Working Principle
When the HST series single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is in operation, the motor drives the equipment transmission shaft to rotate through the belt pulley and V-belt. The transmission shaft drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the large and small bevel gears. The dynamic cone rotates and swings under the action of the eccentric sleeve through the main shaft, causing the dynamic cone and fixed cone to sometimes approach and sometimes move away from the rolling mill wall. The material is continuously compressed and impacted in the crushing chamber between the rolling mill wall and the crusher, and the crushed material is discharged from the bottom.
