Working Principle

JY series cone crusher adopts advanced foreign technologies and processes, with novel and reasonable structure design and high crushing efficiency. It can be widely applied in the metallurgical industry, building materials industry, road construction industry, chemical industry and silicate industry. When working, the rotation of the motor through the belt pulley or coupling, the transmission shaft of the cone crusher and the cone part of the cone crusher make a swing motion around a fixed point under the forced movement of the eccentric sleeve. Thus, the crushing wall of the crushing cone approaches and leaves the surface of the mortar wall fixed on the adjusting sleeve from time to time, so that the ore is continuously impacted, extruded and bent in the crushing cavity to achieve the crushing of the ore. The motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through bevel gears, making the crushing cone perform a swing motion. The crushing cone approaches and leaves the fixed cone from time to time to complete crushing and discharging. The connection between the support sleeve and the frame body is compressed by a spring. When uncrushable objects such as metal blocks fall into the crusher, the spring immediately undergoes compressive deformation to discharge the foreign matter, achieving insurance and preventing machine damage.
