Product Introduction
This product is a large-scale crushing machinery that utilizes the rotational motion of a crushing cone in the cone cavity of the shell to produce compression, splitting, and bending effects on materials, and coarsely crushes ores or rocks of various hardness. The upper end of the main shaft equipped with a crushing cone is supported in a liner in the middle of the crossbeam, and its lower end is placed in the eccentric hole of the shaft sleeve. When the shaft sleeve rotates, the crushing cone undergoes eccentric rotation around the center line of the machine, and its crushing action is continuous, so its work efficiency is higher than that of a jaw crusher. By the early 1970s, large rotary crushers could process 5000 tons of materials per hour, with a larger feed diameter of up to 2000 millimeters.

Working Principle
The working principle of gyratory crusher is to use the rotational motion of the crushing cone inside the cone cavity of the shell to roughly crush ores or rocks of various hardness. The upper end of the spindle equipped with a crushing cone is supported in a liner in the middle of the crossbeam, and the lower end is placed in an eccentric hole of the shaft sleeve. When the shaft sleeve rotates, the crushing cone moves eccentrically around the centerline of the machine. The crushing cone can achieve material crushing and crushing at different speeds or through variable frequency speed regulation by an electric motor. The crushing action is continuous, so its working efficiency is higher than that of a jaw crusher.
In addition, the rotary crusher also has some auxiliary systems, such as lubrication system, hydraulic system, electrical system, etc., to ensure its normal operation and safety.
