I. Project Overview 

With the acceleration of urbanisation, the generation of construction waste is increasing, and how to deal with such construction waste in an efficient and environmentally friendly way has become an important issue facing the sustainable development of cities. The project of mobile impact crushing plant for construction waste comes into being, aiming at crushing and treating construction waste in situ through advanced mobile crushing equipment, realising the recycling of resources and reducing environmental pollution. The project adopts advanced mobile impact crushing technology, combined with modern automatic control system, to build a set of efficient and flexible construction waste treatment system. The system has the advantages of strong mobility, high crushing efficiency, large processing capacity, low energy consumption, low noise, etc. It can be widely used in the fields of urban construction waste disposal, road construction and bridge demolition.

II. Status of projects

Project Background: With the increasing demand for environmental protection, the treatment and utilisation of construction waste has become a focus of attention in the industry. The traditional way of construction waste disposal has problems such as large floor space, long processing cycle and serious pollution, which can no longer meet the needs of modern urban development. Therefore, it is imperative to develop an efficient and environmentally friendly construction waste treatment equipment.

Project Objective: This project aims to build a mobile crushing plant integrating construction waste crushing, screening, conveying and dust removal, so as to realise on-site treatment and resource utilisation of construction waste. At the same time, it reduces energy consumption and noise by optimising the process and reducing the impact on the environment. 

Project Scale: According to the project demand and actual situation, determine the crushing plant's processing capacity, equipment selection, floor space and other key parameters. Ensure that the project can meet the demand for construction waste treatment in a certain area, while achieving greater economic and social benefits.

III. Processes

The process of construction waste mobile impact crushing plant mainly includes the following steps:

Raw material reception and pre-processing: the collected construction waste is preliminarily classified and screened to remove impurities and unbreakable materials. Then, the crushable materials are fed into the crusher for crushing treatment.

Crushing treatment: Mobile impact crusher is used to crush the construction waste. This equipment has the advantages of high crushing efficiency, large processing capacity, strong adaptability, etc. It can crush the construction waste into aggregates that meet the requirements.

Screening and conveying: The crushed aggregates are screened by screening equipment to separate aggregates of different particle sizes. Then, the aggregates are transported to the designated storage area or reuse site through the conveying equipment.

Dust removal and noise reduction: During the crushing and screening process, a certain amount of dust and noise will be generated. Therefore, dust removal equipment and noise reduction facilities are required to ensure a clean and quiet operating environment.

Recycling: The treated aggregates can be used in road construction, bridge repair, concrete products production and other fields to achieve recycling and resourcing of construction waste.
