The user uses calcined petroleum coke to grind and make powder, and the finished coke powder is mainly used for processing graphite electrodes. In recent years, the price of coke powder rises, the user spends tens of millions of dollars to build a production line with an annual output of 60,000-100,000 tonnes of high-quality coke powder, which is the first phase of the project, using two sets of 6R4528 high-pressure grinding mills of Jianye Company.

The user's site is built on the river bank, using the natural water transport advantage to create a fine sand and gravel quarry. Jianye Fang also designed an advanced fine aggregate production line for the user based on this, using single-cylinder cone crusher to complete the coarse crushing of pebbles, multi-cylinder cone crusher to complete the production of aggregate, and fine crushing sand making machine to complete the production of mechanism sand. All three equipments help to optimise the grains shape of sand and gravel, and provide assistance for the output of fine sand and gravel.

The design adopts the single cylinder and multi-cylinder with the use of the pebble hardness, that can overcome the difficulties posed by the pebble hardness, but also able to reduce the return material, increase the 10-30 fine aggregates produced, while using a new type of vertical shaft impact breakers to complete the mechanism of sand processing, improve the particle shape and grading of sand.

I. Background to the project

This machine sand and gravel production line is mainly used in the construction industry, aiming to produce high quality mechanism sand and aggregate. The project requires efficient, continuous and stable production of sand and gravel with a capacity of 200 tonnes per hour.

II. Equipment selection

Feeder: The feeder adopts sealed structure, which can prevent the material from flying and leaking. Its track-type conveying device can achieve continuous feeding and ensure that the materials enter the crushing equipment evenly.

Single Cylinder Cone Crusher: Single Cylinder Cone Crusher is suitable for crushing medium and hard rocks. It adopts eccentric shaft design and conical crushing wall, which can crush the materials many times and finely.

Multi-cylinder cone crusher: Multi-cylinder cone crusher is suitable for crushing hard rocks. It adopts multi-cylinder hydraulic crushing principle, which can crush the materials many times and fine crushing, and the granularity of the discharged materials is finer.

Sand Making Machine: The sand making machine adopts impact crushing principle, which can process materials into fine sand. Its unique sealed structure and intelligent control system can effectively reduce noise and energy consumption.

Vibrating Screen: The production line has 4 sets of vibrating screens, which are mainly used to classify the crushed materials. It is characterised by simple structure, convenient operation and good grading effect.

Sand washing machine: sand washing machine is used to clean sand and gravel, remove impurities and mud dirt in it. 4 sand washing machines can achieve batch processing of materials and improve production efficiency.

Fine Sand Recycling and Dewatering Integrated Machine: this machine is capable of dewatering cleaned sand and recycling water resources. Its integrated design simplifies the process and improves the production efficiency.

III. Processes

The feeder conveys the materials evenly to the single-cylinder cone crusher for primary crushing, and the crushed materials are then sent to the multi-cylinder cone crusher for secondary crushing. The crushed material is processed into fine sand by the sand making machine and graded by vibrating screen. The graded sand is then sent to the sand washing machine for cleaning to remove impurities and mud. Finally, the fine sand recycling and dewatering integrated machine will dewater the cleaned sand and recycle the water resources.
