The project is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, the centre of the east coast of the Pearl River Delta. The customer is a famous large stone factory processing enterprise with its own mining resources. Early this customer is mainly engaged in construction stone processing, the project in the process of dry and wet mixed production, double line side-by-side arrangement. It uses the high-end cone crusher HST315 in the current market, with mature screening equipment and sand washing processing system to ensure that the particle size and yield; vertical impact crusher for shaping different aggregates, to ensure that each variety of aggregate to meet the standard of fine aggregate, while ensuring that the continuous grading of mechanism sand, fineness modulus to meet the standard. The whole production line is designed to use the least equipment to make greater capacity, so that a crushing production line at the same time to meet the needs of different types of aggregates, saving the site area in the early stage, reducing the capital investment, the cost-effective greater, and at the same time for the stable operation of the equipment in the later stage of the provision of protection.
