SCM series ultrafine powder mill is a kind of fine powder and ultrafine powder processing equipment, it is mainly suitable for medium and low hardness, Mohs hardness <6 level of non-flammable and explosive brittle materials, such as calcite, chalk, limestone, dolomite, talc, mica, diatomaceous earth, barite, gypsum, alumite, Graphite, Fluorite, Phosphorite, Potash, Pumice and so on.

Working Principle

The host motor drives the main shaft and all layers of the turntable to rotate through the reducer, and the turntable drives dozens of ring rollers to roll and rotate in the grinding ring raceway through the pins.

The large materials are crushed into small particles by hammer crusher and then sent into the storage bin by elevator, the electromagnetic vibrating feeder will send the materials evenly to the middle of the upper turntable, and the materials will be scattered to the periphery of the circle under the action of centrifugal force and fall into the raceway of the grinding ring to be crushed by the ring rollers' stamping, rolling, grinding and crushing. Materials crushed by the layer fall into the second and third layer, high-pressure centrifugal fan suction will be adsorbed by the external air inside the machine, and will be crushed by the third layer of coarse powder into the powder selector.

The rotating turbine in the powder selector makes the coarse particles fall back to regrind, and the fine powder enters the cyclone collector with the airflow and is discharged from the discharging valve at the lower part of the collector, which is the finished product, while the airflow with a small amount of fine dust is purified by the pulse dust collector and discharged through the blower and the muffler.
