Advantages

1. While grinds 1.5mm limestone, the roller wheel and liner wear less than 5g/t, can be used continuously for 1-2 years.

Working Principle

The structure is reasonable,transmit from the upper part of the machine, main mill driven by the reducer, there are three to four roller installed in the main shaft turn around on the ring. The material is feed from top, deposit into the space between roller and annular conical liner. After the roller grinding again and again, it becomes into powder, discharge from bottom, transfer through bucket elevator, then goes into powder separator. The fine powder is production. Coarse powder is returned back to re-grind again. The roller and grinding ring gap, main shaft speed, the spring pressure and material thickness, can be adjusted according to the fineness of the finished product.
