Project status
The aggregate production line produces aggregate (5-10mm, 10-20mm, 20-31.5mm), mechanism sand (0.075-4.75mm fineness, modulus 2.5-3.0 adjustable), fine stone powder (0-0.075mm). At the same time, the equipment also meets the needs of customers to adjust, the product specifications of the discharge (including grading), with intelligent control room, you can monitor the operation of the project at any time.
Process
Production of aggregates:
(1) Raw material crushing: crushing large rocks or ores into small pieces of materials to prepare for the subsequent screening and production of aggregates.
(2) Screening: use vibrating screen and other equipment to screen the crushed materials, separate the materials with different particle sizes, and get the aggregates with different specifications.
(3) Stacking and storage: stack and store the screened aggregates according to different specifications for subsequent transport and use.
Production of mechanism sand:
(1) Sand making: use the sand making machine to further crush and grind the material after crushing and screening to get mechanism sand.
(2) Screening: screen the mechanism sand to get different particle size specifications of the mechanism sand.
(3) Stacking and storage: stack and store the screened mechanism sand according to different specifications for subsequent transport and use.
Production of fine stone powder:
(1) Fine crushing: use fine crusher and other equipment to further fine crushing of materials after crushing and screening to get fine stone powder.
(2) Screening: sieve the fine stone powder to get different size specifications of fine stone powder.
(3) Stacking and storage: the screened fine stone powder is stacked and stored according to different specifications for subsequent transport and use.

In recent years, the price of coke powder rises, the user spends tens of millions of dollars to build a production line with an annual output of 60,000-100,000 tonnes of high-quality coke powder, which is the first phase of the project, using two sets of 6R4528 high-pressure grinding mills of Jianye Company.
The project is mainly used for grinding limestone, gypsum and other soft materials. The equipment chosen is Jianye 4528 grinding mill with a fineness of 200 mesh and a capacity of 12t/h.
